Dolores L. Fazzino DNP, RN, FNP-BC, CRNFA

With over 30 years of clinical nursing experience and 14 years of assisting on surgical procedures, Dr Dolores Fazzino brings a diversified knowledge of healing and health promotion to her nursing practice. Dolores received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) through Case Western Reserve University. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA). An Expert in Assisting in surgery, Dolores brings harmony, balance, and well-being to the surgical procedures, staff, surgeon, and most importantly, the patient.
